Kapitulik is a former Marine Corps officer, a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, and the founder of The Program, a leadership development company that works with collegiate, professional, and corporate teams across North America. Drawing on his combat experience, his time as a Division I athlete, and his accomplishments as an ultra-endurance adventurer—including multiple Ironman triathlons and summiting some of the world’s highest peaks—Eric brings unmatched insight into what it takes to build high-performing teams under pressure.
