NAIOP San Diego believes in leading the way for the next generation of commercial real estate professionals! Through strong relationships with the universities in San Diego and scholarship funding to students, we are able to facilitate that growth!

The NAIOP San Diego Foundation Scholarship

The NAIOP San Diego Foundation Scholarship provides up to six $10,000 scholarships to qualified candidates. Our scholarship memorialize and honor past board members: Tony Badeaux, Michael Philbin, Nick Psyllos and Mickey Carhart.
Scholarship Applications for 2025 are closed. Winners will be announced at University Challenge Event on May 1st

The Mickey Carhart Memorial Scholarship

Offered to NAIOP members who are enrolled at the University of San Diego’s MSRE Program at the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate. Please contact Joe Bertocchini to learn more
